We are happy to accept both NHS and Private referrals but please note that NHS referrals can only be accepted for patients under the age of 18.

NHS treatment is only be offered to patients that score highly on the Index of Orthodontic Treatment Need (IOTN).

You may send a referral in writing to either practice or an online referral using the form below.
